Dear Customers, Our Company (previously named as ICEA Securities Limited) has been approved by Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") to trade foreign shares. As one of the licensed institutions under CSRC, we are required to notify CSRC about our recent company name change (change to Tung Shing Securities (Brokers) Limited effective on 19th April, 2010.) During the notification process, we discovered that our original certificate granted by CSRC has been lost which is mainly due to the numerous changes of record keeping locations and renovations taken place since the granting of the certificate. In order to protect the interest of our clients, we hereby declare that the original and any copies of the certificates granted by CSRC to ICEA Securities Limited (with effective dates up to 10th November, 2000 and 15th April, 2003) will be nullified effective on 28th June, 2010. We also would like to inform you that we are in the process of re-applying the replacement certificates from CSRC and our business therefore will not be affected.
